RACK MOUNT PATCH PANEL - STANDARD

Rackmount Fiber optic patch panel is an integrated unit for fiber management, this equipment function is to fix and manage the fiber optic cables inside the box as well as provide protection. Rackmount patch panels are designed to mount in 19-inch rack frame to provide cross-connect and interconnect capabilities for splicing & terminating of OFC cables, pigtails in fiber access network. These enclosures in data cabinets are available pre-loaded with any connector interface required and are ideal for high-density LAN interconnect or cross-connect patching.

Design

Rackmount patch panel contains three parts, the compartment that allows trunk cable and contains splice trays for fusion splicing which accommodates splice protection sleeves and space for excess fiber and pigtail routing. The adjustable side clamps will provide greater flexibility to move the patch panel front and back to protect fiber patch cable inside the rack. The detachable fiber adapter panel which gives access to quick patching for interface management.

Construction

Our Rack mount patch panels are fabricated with advanced manufacturing process using Robust steel/aluminum construction with seven tank process pretreatment and surface electrostatic spray technique powder coating, which ensures the highest level of protection for sensitive components inside the enclosure and increases corrosion resistance from harsh environmental conditions. Multi-port cable entries allow greater flexibility and provide an extensive range of fiber management systems.
